 In order to bridge this gap, The Yellow Spot offers the "Train the Trainer" program, designed to inculcate and enhance the right skills, knowledge and know-how of training. In addition to practicing the presentation skills required to create a highly interactive learning environment, the participants will learn how to design and conduct training that is stimulating, interactive, memorable and effective.
The Yellow Spot Certified "Train the Trainer" Workshop is a course conducted by our expert faculty, providing an opportunity for in-depth learning with a scope for practicing the learning along with methods for evaluation of self and the trainees post the program.
The “Train the Trainer Open Workshop” will help the Trainers in transforming their training programs into multi layered, interactive, completely efficient and energizing learning experiences, which will ensure long term retention of information by the trainees and thereby increase their productivity.
